War is not for kids in case of an extreme emergency kids can think upon this idea of fighting for their country, but kids fighting in wars are putting their future in darkness. The country has an army for defense and attack. Coming back to the point, jail does not offer an chance of external and internal development. So in conclusion, counseling is the best way to treat child soldiers.
victims:
- they didn't have any choice, and have to follow what their commander says
- (if any) child soldiers eventually end up ding in war or getting severely injured
- they do not get to live a memorable childhood like other children.
- Witness deaths and terrible misery
- they might get damaged physically or psychologically.
- live in the fear of getting harassed or killed by their commander or higher fellow army men if they do not obey their commands.
- some might develop a criminal mind and might end up becoming terrorists in future.
- Sucide
- might have taken lives of endless number of people in wars fought.
- child soldiers like any common soldier tend to take lives of innocent civilians
- child soldiers are replicas of child criminals and shall not be excused just because their crime had take place during a war.
- the age of crime responsibility is lower than 18 and child soldiers are (mostly) below the age of 18, this means they have killed.
- They become stealers, murders and eventually terrorists.
